What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to walk away with the support they need to improve their life. Sometimes that takes the form of an ear to listen to them. Sometimes that takes the form of a medication to treat their specific symptoms. Either way, I work hard to ensure that clients will leave our sessions better than they came into them.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I utilize a combination of talk therapy and medication management to effectively treat clients based on their symptoms. I also use specific tools such as the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 surveys to help me better understand my client’s needs.
