I provide Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, which helps individuals understand their thoughts and feelings so they can restructure their thinking patterns, and I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients articulate their goals. My approach is informed by an accepting, strengths-based, and intersectional feminist mindset.
During the our sessions, my goal is to understand your history and inner experiences to help you determine your goals and work towards them. At the end of the first session, we'll have come up with initial goals and begun to develop a plan to reach them. During our work together, we'll clarify your goals and work on developing skills and reducing barriers so you can achieve them.
