I hope that I can provide a space that nurtures relationships in a collaborative approach, as you are the specialist in your life but I am here to also help you achieve the goals in which we develop for you to gain the skills to proceed with living a life filled with balanced thoughts.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I enjoy making sure you feel at ease with life and future positive decision-making. I offer real-life scenarios and pull from a person-centered perspective and incorporate Solution Focused and Rational emotive behavior therapy (REBT) techniques when working with you and I want you to feel safe and comfortable and gain the support you are looking for in therapy sessions.
