What does a first session with you look like?
I use a combination of medication management and talk therapy (CBT, Solution focus, mindfulness) to create a solid plan for my patients and make sure that they know what their treatment plan is. Patients should expect to walk out of the first session with an actionable treatment plan and feel heard and respected.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Through both medication management and talk therapy my patients are provided holistic care. I specialize in mood disorders which can be difficult, however with patience and providing holistic care treatment goals are obtainable.
