What does a first session with you look like?
After our first session, clients can expect to gain tools based on our conversations that can be put into practice to help meet their goals while meeting clients where they are. Clients may be asked to complete "homework", or practice skills outside of sessions. As our therapeutic relationship grow, and with your trust and input, skills will be suggested based on feedback and communication.
