What does a first session with you look like?
I believe in the importance of a strong therapeutic alliance as well as providing a safe space to heal and grow.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I provide individual therapy and serve children, adolescents, young adults and adults. My love is EMDR Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. I am EMDR trained.
