What does a first session with you look like?
You can expect to have a plan. Where you want to go and how we will get there together. The tools I mentioned earlier are enlightening and shape-shifting for your life. I promise you will feel lighter and ready to get moving. There is a spiritual solution to every problem. Together we will figure out what is best for you. Life is meant to be lived on purpose and full of passion. I promise you will be one step closer after your first session. You will have homework and will be excited to do it!
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a therapeutic approach that integrates contemporary psychology and eastern spirituality. The trauma-informed theoretical framework is influenced largely by Internal Family Systems (IFS), The Enneagram, and Ayurveda.??I also use CBT-cognitive behavioral therapy.
