What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Jennifer Safken, LMHC Jennifer Safken is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida who has been practicing since 2011. She has a Master's in Counseling. Jennifer believes that growth is the objective in life, whether it will be physically or introspectively. To grow, we must learn about ourselves, our insights, values, thoughts, feelings, reactions, and motivations. Therapy offers unconditional acceptance and tools to pave your path to change. Like any skill to be mastered, we set short-term or long-term goals and practice.
