What does a first session with you look like?
The most important thing would be to check-in with yourself and see how you are feeling. There is no such thing as a one-session cure, so you may feel a little bit better, however, will likely need to continue exploring the concern to continue to feel even better.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I like to utilize a problem-focused, action-oriented, style of talk therapy which will allow a client to identify ways in which they can challenge their unhelpful beliefs and develop new, healthy thought processes and behaviors.
