What does a first session with you look like?
Howdy from Texas! Clients can take away from sessions to come to me with not only what they expect to achieve that day but also anything else that might have arisen that day and speak about that because life happens! Let's talk through it and see what we can do to make each day a success and leave each session a success.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Each treatment method that I use (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt or Trauma Based), will be used in order to help facilitate my understanding and your understanding of how and why we do what we do day in and day out. Once we understand the how and what, we can move forward to adjusting the behavior.
