I use a variety of treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused, Psycho-Dynamic, Motivational Interviewing, and Strengths Based. I do not believe there is one exact recipe that resolves a situation. I believe in treating my clients as the unique individuals they are, and determining what method(s) may help their specific situation.

I primarily use a psycho dynamic approach, exploring the core beliefs that affect emotions and patterns of behaviors. I utilize a variety of techniques tailored to the needs of each individual.
