I will help you develop the skills and tools to cope with and manage your distressing emotions more effectively, find empowerment, hope and healing.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I tailer my therapy approaches to what is best suited to a particular client. I utilize a client-centered, trauma-informed approach. I integrate different approaches and techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution-focused, humanistic therapy and interpersonal therapy skills.
