What does a first session with you look like?
Our initial appointment will focus on establishing goals and building a connection. We will discuss a treatment plan and then get started working to help you achieve your goals.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a variety of treatment methods and modalities based on what works best for my client. With regards to trauma, I am EMDR trained. I also work often from a CBT perspective incorporating an interpersonal process approach.
