What does a first session with you look like?
I aim to see you and meet you exactly where you are each session. I want to tune into what matters most to you and help you explore yourself and grow stronger. I'm here to provide you with a caring, warm, and non-judgmental space where we can do some digging together so you can feel more alive and have a greater sense of joy and well-being. You deserve this support, you deserve love, and you deserve the chance to live the life you want to live. Every person is unique. I want to get to know you, your needs and your dreams at the pace that feels right for you. What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am informed by a mix of evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and somatic-based therapies. All my work is rooted in a humanistic and trauma-informed perspective with a core belief that all people are good, have the capacity to grow and change, and that our relationships with each other are central to our healing.
