What is your style/approach to therapy?
The day that you decide to begin therapy is the day that you’ve committed to changing your life! I am licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia to provide clinical therapy services. I have been providing individual therapy for over fifteen years with a wide variety of symptoms such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, stage of life issues, and general life stressors. I use a variety of evidence- based treatments to help to treat the symptoms that you may be experiencing. It is my goal to help you to learn your triggers, learn how they affect you daily, and discover how you can better cope so that you can be your personal best each and every day!
