What does a first session with you look like?
I will provide you with tools and resources to use in between your sessions. During the session we will work on building skills, cognitive restructuring, role playing, and working through activities to help you understand what you're experiencing, where it is coming from, and how to promote healing and growth for the future.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use a lot of cognitive behavioral approaches, such as, mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, relaxation, role playing, and journaling.
