What does a first session with you look like?
I like to think of our time together in phases. In the initial phase, we will work on getting to know each other and identifying the key issues you would like to focus on. This phase will last at least two to three sessions but may last longer if needed. Phase two will be our time to get to work on our plan using a combination of modalities. The second phase is the longest of our therapeutic relationship and can last as long as necessary to accomplish your goals. The third and final phase is the close-out phase, at this point, we have gotten as far as we can and we will be working on making sure you have the tools you need to address future barriers.
