Throughout our time together I will use a person centered approach - you are an expert on yourself. You know what has worked for you and what has not. You will be involved in your treatment planning and goal setting. Depending on what you want to work on (anxiety, depression, stress, grief, etc) we can utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialect Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Rational Emotive Therapy (REBT), Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, Compassion Focused Therapy, Somatic Psychotherapy.
I want to know how I may help you get to where you want to go. As we progress in our sessions, depending on how you feel we may use creative approaches such as art, meditation, and somatic approaches to help get to the root of your struggles.
