What does a first session with you look like?
Your story, your pain, and your collection of experiences are unique to you. There is no one-size fits all approach to therapy. We'll spend some time understanding exactly what you are experiencing and why so that when you start making changes that improve your life, they will stick. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow as we are not designed to handle pain alone. Through the therapy process, you will learn how to transform your wounds to wellness.
