This will enable you to receive the very best care, as a personalized treatment plan will then be developed for subsequent sessions. Thriveworks helps people live happier, more fulfilling lives. Clients are guided and supported as they work through their unique mental health challenges – and, along the way, shown the life-changing power of therapy.
I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. With a background in medical social work, I understand the emotional impact and mental health needs of children, adults, and aging populations managing chronic illness as well as conditions that impede daily function, relationships, and quality of life.
