What is your style/approach to therapy?

I am a cognitive behavioral therapist with subspecialties incorporating equines, the equine environment, and biofeedback.

What does a first session with you look like?

Our sessions are always geared toward your treatment goals - what brought you to therapy. In person, we have the added benefit of "hands-on" experiences and practicing "homework" in an outdoor natural setting with animals.
