What is your style/approach to therapy?

Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy.

What does a first session with you look like?

After the first session the client will have an understanding of how the services will be tailored to their specific needs. This therapist will gather initial information to be able to set goals with the client. The client will know the frequency in which their sessions will occur. Follow up sessions will be coordinated with the client before the end of their session.
