What does a first session with you look like?
Besides traditional, in-person therapy, I also offer HIPAA-compliant telehealth (video/phone) sessions. Topics can include healing from prior sexual abuse, depression, anxiety, and grief recovery. I strive to assist you in feeling comfortable while sharing difficult things. I also stay driven to learn ways to better and effectively provide therapy.

I am a small-town, country girl, with a heart for serving. If I can't help you, I will be glad to assist with a referral to another counselor or agency. What is most important to me is that you get the help you deserve! Your mental and emotional health matters.
