What is your style/approach to therapy?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (and variations of), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (and variations of), Self Regulation skills teaching and psychoeducation (younger children), Family Systems Therapy.

What does a first session with you look like?

Each client will take something different away based on their age, their background with prior therapy, and their presenting problem. My hope is that each client will feel heard and understood and that experience will connect them to a therapeutic process that helps them face their anxiety and feel mastery over their environment.
