What does a first session with you look like?

Becoming my client is one of the best decisions you are about to take. During your appointment, you have my full and undivided attention. I need to trust that you honestly share your history and your drive to meet me on the BRIDGE to a safer and better path. I will be working with you to find the most effective treatment plan that best addresses your concerns and your needs. Together we will create a patient-centered, individualized treatment plan to help YOU achieve the best possible outcomes. Go ahead, book your appointment, and let us hop on and start our walk on the bridge where the privilege to serve meets my passion to care and your goal of a better YOU!

What is your style/approach to therapy?

One of the most important factors in a provider-patient relationship is trust. It is based on listening, understanding, and acting respectfully, with regards to desired goal outcomes. Trust is at the core foundation of a successful therapeutic relationship. You must trust my skills and judgment to allow me to care for you as I need to trust that you honestly share your history and story to allow me to create the best possible treatment plan. To build that relationship, we will be communicating and interacting through different assessment tools, among which the MDQ, GAD7, PHQ-9, ASRS-v I.I, and the intake form. Please note that it is very important to fill out such tools with the most accurate information that should lead us to satisfactory achievements
