What does a first session with you look like?
In our initial session, my clients can explain what brought them to therapy, how they perceive their issues and challenges, the impact these issues and challenges have had on their lives and what is the best way to move forward, all while gaining insight into behaviors and emotions. Further sessions will reinforce progress being made, address new challenges that may arise and continue developing a deeper insight into one's self.
