I use a strength based integrative approach: Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy and Family Systems. I also utilize evidence based practices informed by DBT and Mindfulness. I consider developmental trauma through a Neuro Affective Relational Model (NARM) lens. I integrate evidence based parenting practices as needed (Triple P). I use psychoeducaiton-reflective practices or research informed ideas as needed.
You can expect to be seen, heard and respected. I adopt a non-judgmental stance when looking at problems and predicaments in your life. I adopt a neutral and collaborative stance when working with couples. Once we have established trust, you can expect to be challenged (with your permission).
