What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to leave a session feeling heard, understood, and validated. I also like to leave clients with some helpful information to think about over the next week, or a small goal to work on before our next appointment. Small bits of knowledge and weekly goals add up to big changes over time! With time, clients are often amazed and proud at how far they've come, even when they felt completely stuck at our first meeting. I often remind clients that they're the ones doing the hard work during and outside of sessions, and they deserve credit for their positive growth.
