What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect to gain a renewed sense of understanding of their mental health and strategies to address their present issues and future challenges as well. My goal is to equip my clients with the tools to not only survive, but thrive in their life. I push my clients to address the trauma's in their past which hold them back and challenge them to use their strengths in order to become their best self.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am an EMDR trained clinician and can use that approach to address traumas or even lessen stressors in your life. I can help you to address relationship issues, ADHD, dealing with stress, and even symptoms of depression or anxiety. My experience in technology, gaming, and social media allows me to address the use of these processes when they become problematic.
