What is your style/approach to therapy?
I have completed further training to be a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), using Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and currently completing training hours in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I have a very warm and open environment in therapy, I want clients to feel comfortable and trusting.
What does a first session with you look like?
It is so hard to reach out for help. You taking this first step is so courageous. I am looking forward to working closely with you and to see you grow.
