What does a first session with you look like?
Therapy is a process that may lead to new perspectives, behaviors, and attitudes. We will explore and reflect on different topics that align with the initial goals set at the beginning of therapy. At times, I will guide you to gently explore other areas to get to the root of the issue. Each session may bring new meaning and self-awareness. We will also work to develop tools and strategies to cope with the presenting symptoms/issues.
