What does a first session with you look like?
Clients can expect a well-rounded holistic approach, that is inclusive and collaborative, making sure that the patient is at the center of everything treatment plan. Clients will understand what role medication has in their overall well-being, but also the importance of the entire interdisciplinary team working collaboratively so that they can reach their optimal level of functioning.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Along with providing pyschopharmacologic medication management, I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, as well Integrative or Holistic Therapy
