What does a first session with you look like?
Clients will be able to creating treatment goals to work with during the first session. To determine the most important issues to focus on. Develop and implement coping skills to decrease their presenting issues over the next six months.

I utilize integrated approach of CBT Techniques, Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Techniques, etc. to provide support and help for Individuals, couples, and families in need of therapy and solutions to their real problems prevalent in today’s world.
