What does a first session with you look like?
As your provider, I aim to help you get the solutions to make you feel better soon. My belief in delivering optimum holistic care and my listening style is the bedrock of my practice today. I see all patients as unique, and I value the privilege of giving the best care that my private practice in psychiatric medicine can provide.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use psychotherapy modalities and psychopharmacology in conjunction with mental health assessment tools that put patients on a regimen of therapy and prescription medication to improve their mental health.
