I offer a variety of counseling approaches including CBT / Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems. As a therapist with over 30 years in practice, I offer much experience, knowledge, and understanding of the issues you are dealing with.

Joseph Storz is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who has over 30 years of counseling experience with adults, children, adolescents, families, and couples seeking help to cope with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Joe completed his master s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at the University of Scranton. He has training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TFCBT) and family systems therapy. Joe utilizes relational, collaborative, cognitive behavioral, solution focused, mindfulness based, and emotionally focused approaches to therapy, always maintaining respect, empathy, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual, family, and couple. Joe seeks to establish a warm and caring relationship with you in order to assist in building on your strengths and better collaborate with you towards meeting your goals and living the meaningful life you value and desire.
