What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
Josh Cochran is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Knoxville, Tennessee who has been practicing since 2012. He has a B.S. in Psychology from Maryville College and an M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from University of Tennessee, Knoxville. With a foundation in person-centered, existential, and cognitive behavioral therapies, Josh seeks to help clients with a variety of presenting mental health concerns and life challenges. He believes in the importance of meeting clients where they are and forming a plan of treatment based on each client's individual goals, strengths, and needs. Whether you are needing to better manage a mental health condition or are facing a major change in your life, Josh is prepared to work alongside you to ensure you reach your full potential. Outside of work, Josh enjoys attending concerts, playing bass guitar, watching college football, and spending time with friends and family.
