I like to work in a judgment-free zone and explore with wonder and curiosity. We will get an opportunity to unpack and reorganize emotions and thoughts.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
We will use a variety of tools and perspectives, primarily: psychoeducation, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy,) DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care.
