What does a first session with you look like?
After your first session, you will have a foundational knowledge of the elements and components that maintain and sustain your mental health.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness training along with adding a dash of humor to our sessions. I believe that humor can ease the struggle when things seem difficult. After all, life is serious, but seriousness does not have be our life.
