What does a first session with you look like?
I am very direct, and honest, and do not sugarcoat things. At times I assign homework and/or skills to work on between sessions to help manage the symptoms you are struggling with and do not expect you to be perfect, I just expect you to try practicing/implementing the things I give you to work on.

At times I assign homework and/or skills to work on in between sessions to help manage the symptoms you are struggling with. From time to time, I also use scales to check for any reduction or increase in symptoms such as depression or anxiety.
