What does a first session with you look like?
I provide psychiatric evaluation, medication management along with supportive psychotherapy ; education on diagnosis, medication benefits and sides effect. Also I utilize a combination of my treatment knowledge , experiences / expertise and clinical guidelines to assist in the decision making process when choosing a medication treatment option for my clients
What is your style/approach to therapy?
Treatment method includes combination of psycho-medical, holistic and psychotherapy treatment modalities within my practice. My goal is to always consider the least invasive treatment to ensure great client outcomes.
