Judy Ward is a Licenced Mental Health Clinician (LMHC) with over 30 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. She is passionate about helping adults address their unique challenges and begin the journey to a healthy and fulfilling life. Judy specializes in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions. Judy completed her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Bridgewater State University. Judy utilizes multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and solutions-focused therapy (SFT). She has developed excellent listening skills which enables her to provide the guidance and support her clients need.
