What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?

Calli Walker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. She received her Master's in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte after completing her Bachelor's in Social Work at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Calli is dedicated to serving adolescents, teens, and adults battling mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and trauma. She focuses on empowering and promoting self-worth in the individuals in which she works with. Calli utilizes Cognitive-Behavioral and mindfulness approaches in promoting a positive, healthy lifestyle for her clients. Calli has experience in working in community-based service agencies, healthcare, and clinical settings where she is passionate about meeting the individual where they are and in focusing on building rapport and positive therapeutic relationships with her clients. Calli is passionate about working with individuals and families to apply specific approaches and techniques that best fit the individual that she is serving. In Calli's free time she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and most importantly her dog Bodhie.
