What does a first session with you look like?

I have a passion for overall health and wellness; which is noticeable in the way I approach treatment. For instance, in our initial meetings and ongoing meetings we will talk about your sleep and eating habits that may be impacting your mood. I can also help you understand how emotions are moving through your body.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

My treatment focus is specific and not "cookie cutter". My objective is to focus on a specific issue for the session without going into a lot of background details. I seek to offer support, validation and clarity for those seeking a safe space to check-in.
