What does a first session with you look like?
I believe in taking a client-centered approach and focusing on “meeting you where you’re at.” I am here to fit those needs. I enjoy collaborating with my clients and finding ways to enhance and improve their quality of lives. What is your style/approach to therapy?
Throughout my career, I have developed a multi-modality approach, because every individual has a different need. What I have learned is that the relationship between a therapist and client is the most important aspect. I will provide a safe space free of judgment, where you can begin your healing process. We will focus on building a strong trusting therapeutic relationship and take it from there. My techniques and skills range from Narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT and Mindfulness Therapy, to name a few.
