Julie Faflik is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas with more than 5 years of experience working with clients of all ages who are seeking assistance in managing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, chronic stress, PTSD, and trauma.She has also spent time working with members of the military community. Julie graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and received a Master s degree in Counseling Psychology. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reality therapy, solutions-focused brief therapy (SFBT), person-centered therapy, and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR).
