What does a first session with you look like?
We can work collaboratively to enhance your strength and abilities to achieve the life you want. I provide a safe environment to explore your thoughts. I am available by text and will be there for you when you need when needed.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I am non-judgemental in my approach to therapy. I offer an environment that supports healing for all individuals. My treatment approach includes psychodynamic, solution-focused, and cognitive behavior. I enjoy engaging with my clients on an honest and empathetic level. I believe that there is no issue too big that therapy can not address.
