What does a first session with you look like?

I approach sessions with clients with honesty and transparency. Sessions are based on what works for you and will be approached from a collaborative standpoint. We will work on agreed upon treatment goals with flexibility for change. Sometimes changes in approaches are needed and that doesn't mean treatment needs to be halted so we will adjust as needed.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I primarily use a CBT approach informed by my knowledge and training in neurologic based approaches. I use different online tools, media, and talk therapy. I like to look at the whole person and format a treatment style/method that matches.
