What was your path to becoming a therapist? What inspired you to choose this profession?
The most impactful way I help clients is by providing a safe environment to express themselves and make my clients feel seen by discussing more than just what has brought them to my office. While I specialize in trauma, my years of experience have allowed me to work with clients with a variety of mental wellness challenges and life struggles. Along with having experience with various diagnoses, I also work with various populations including, teens, adults, couples, and families.
