What does a first session with you look like?
Patients will be treated in a caring and non judgemental manner with ongoing text support as well, if needed. While therapy is useful in many cases, I am also dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting change through medication management.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
I create individualized treatment plans, assessing patients' goals, unique life experiences, and biological risk factors. My style of practice involves a ?�?no judgement zone?�? and I use nothing but medical as well as professional expertise to treat my patients, upholding their best interests in mind. I utilize a "Patient Centered Approach" where we work as a team to improve patient's health.
