What does a first session with you look like?

Patients will be treated in a caring and non judgemental manner with ongoing text support as well, if needed. While therapy is useful in many cases, I am also dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting change through medication management.

What is your style/approach to therapy?

I create individualized treatment plans, assessing patients' goals, unique life experiences, and biological risk factors.
