What does a first session with you look like?
Throughout our work together you can expect to identify and develop coping skills for your anxious and/or depressive triggers. Have a safe space where you can show up authentically without judgement, feel empowered to take on new challenges, and be equipped to identify and navigate unhealthy relationships.
What is your style/approach to therapy?
The treatment modalities I favor are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Talk Therapy, Empowerment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Mindfulness, Solution Focused Based Therapy, and Trauma Informed Care.
